At Needs Must Co., we take great care in producing, packing and shipping our products so they arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your order:

• Arrives damaged (within reason) or faulty

• Is incorrect (wrong item received)

• Does not meet the quality you reasonably expected

  
  

If there is an issue with your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your name

• Order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Change of Mind

We do not accept Change of Mind returns due to the consumable nature of our products.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost once photos of the damage are provided. Please note that dehydrated fruits will naturally have small cracks and breaks however this is why we require photos to determine severity of damage.

Shipping Costs

In most cases, return shipping is not required. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.

We aim to make receiving your order as smooth and reliable as possible. All orders are packed with care to ensure your items are safe and your garnishes arrive fresh, intact, and ready to use.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or markets, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we will always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your citrus arrives safely, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
