At Needs Must Co., we take great care in producing, packing and shipping our products so they arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your order:

• Arrives damaged (within reason) or faulty

• Is incorrect (wrong item received)

• Does not meet the quality you reasonably expected

  
  

If there is an issue with your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your name

• Order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and organise either:

• A replacement item, or

Change of Mind

We do not accept Change of Mind returns due to the consumable nature of our products.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the affected items at no cost once photos of the damage are provided. Please note that dehydrated fruits will naturally have small cracks and breaks however this is why we require photos to determine severity of damage.

Shipping Costs

In most cases, return shipping is not required. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping Australia-wide:

• Retail Orders: $10 flat rate

• Wholesale Orders: $20 flat rate

  
  

Our shipping rates remain the same regardless of how much you order, so feel free to stock up without worrying about additional shipping costs!

Please note: Local pickup is not currently available. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

If you require your garnishes for an upcoming event, function or specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.

Please remember that delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is managed entirely by their network.

Unfortunately, NEEDS MUST CO. is unable to expedite delivery or influence transit times once your parcel has been dispatched.
